Ms. Tina, the guide, will enrich your forest experience, because being a hunter herself as well as a geographer, she has substantial knowledge and nurtures a special love of nature. She spent most of her childhood and teenage years at the heart of the Javorniki forests, going hiking with her father and exploring the forests where, she says, she now feels completely at home. At the age of 18 she joined the local hunting association. She adopted hunting as her way of life that provides her with a profound connection with nature. Accordingly, she majored in Geography, which proved an extra advantage in her work. She says that geographers can ‘read the landscape by simply looking at it.’ Therefore, she will be able to tell and show you lots of interesting things about this area. She is an enthusiastic hill walker and runner, so she spends most of her free time with her dogs outside.
Our vision is to develop a tourist package which will be an unforgettable experience of your life and at the same make you more environmentally conscious. The observation of bears and other local wild animals might just be the opportunity for you not only to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in the heart of unspoilt nature but also learn about the need to protect and maintain biotic variety. We believe that experiencing the real nature and seeing wildlife in its natural habitat will make you respect the environment even more. Despite having an emphasis on wildlife viewing, we also aim to promote environmental aspects and sustainable tourism.
